1. Our Mission

The Teachers Promotion Examination Platform was founded by Vitech Scientific Ltd with a singular mission: to provide Ghanaian pre-tertiary educators with accessible, syllabus-aligned, and technologically advanced examination preparation tools.

Since the transition by the Ghana Education Service (GES) from promotional interviews to standardized written examinations in 2020, professional advancement requires mastery of educational administration, national legislation, pedagogical content knowledge, and leadership ethics. Our platform bridges the preparation gap by offering real-time mock examinations, structured syllabus notes, and instant diagnostic feedback.

2. Promotional Cadres Covered

Our curriculum and examination batteries are specifically calibrated to the distinct competencies required for each official promotion cadre:

• Principal Superintendent (PS): Classroom pedagogy, lesson planning, Standard-Based Curriculum (SBC), Common Core Programme (CCP), formative assessment, and classroom management.

• Director II (D II): Metro/Municipal/District leadership, Local Governance Act 2016 (Act 936), teacher rationalization, MTEF composite budgeting, exam security, and school disaster management.
• Director I (D I): Regional Education Directorate (RED) governance, Regional Education Oversight Committee (REOC), Ministry organogram, Education Strategic Plan (ESP 2018–2030), Public Accounts Committee (PAC) scrutiny, and SDG 4 targets.
