By accessing or using the Teachers Promotion Examination Platform (the "Service") operated by Vitech Scientific Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

The Service provides simulation practice examinations, study notes, and diagnostic tools to assist educators in preparing for Ghana Education Service (GES) promotional assessments. While our materials are curated based on official syllabi and past papers, Vitech Scientific Ltd is an independent educational publisher and does not represent or act as an official organ of the Ghana Education Service or the Ministry of Education.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System & Purchases

The platform utilizes a credit-based model to unlock examination simulations, specialized study resources, and AI features. Credits purchased through our authorized payment processor (Paystack) are non-refundable once utilized. Unused credits remain valid in the user's wallet as long as the account remains active.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including quiz questions, software code, UI designs, and study notes, is the intellectual property of Vitech Scientific Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract questions or platform assets.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of our servers.
Share account credentials with multiple third parties for unauthorized commercial exploitation.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vitech Scientific Ltd, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
